You do not have to pay an arm and a leg for quality. Our office minimizes unnecessary expenses. You will not pay us for marble, mahogany, and hundreds of wasted emails and phone calls.

We minimize expenses by cutting to the chase. We enter our appearance, file pleadings, and move cases. Our office knows how to keep your legal fees down. We are in the business of winning cases without costing our clients their entire livelihood.

CONTINGENCY FEE

YOU OWE NOTHING UP FRONT. WE DON'T GET PAID UNLESS YOU GET PAID.

ROLLING RETAINER FEE

You agree to keep a certain amount of money in your client trust account which we will bill against every month. The representation concludes once the fees have been exhausted. If the fees are are not exhausted, then the representation n has not concluded. You control how much you spend and we have funds in the bank to engage in the work we need to do for your case.

FLAT FEE

Some cases require a flat fee to take the case all the way to a Jury. Here are some standard rates for cases if there are no extraordinary issues, no experts, no extensive travel

$15,000 to $40,000 (case dependent) - Murder, Aggravated Kidnapping, Rape, Conspiracy, Racketeering, Wire & Mail Fraud

$10,000 - Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute

$5000 - Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony Theft

$2500 - Misdemeanors
