AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES

We will work with you in order to come up with an affirmative defense for a Jury.  An Affirmative Defense is why you didn't do what they say you did.  We have staff and private investigators standing buy to look for evidence to support you. 

Discovery

This Office has extensive experience in making sure you get all of the discovery you are entitled to under the law.  The State or the Federal Government has to give you your evidence.  Civil litigants have to provide you with documents.  We use the Court's Subpoena and Deposition power to force parties to give evidence supporting your position.  We will go get the evidence and hold the opposing party accountable if they do not provide all of the evidence.

Mediation and Plea Negotiations

This Office has extensive experience in resolving cases without going to trial.  Sometimes a felony case can result in a misdemeanor.  A civil case could result in a settlement agreement.  We are experts in finding the fastest and cheapest solution to your legal issues.

Jury Trial

We go to trial.  Plea negotiations and settlements sometimes resolve cases.  When they fail, we go to trial.  We will work with you and the witnesses to prepare for trial.  This office has won Jury Trials involving Aggravated Kidnapping, Rape, Robbery, Assault, Battery, Child Abuse, Fraud, Theft, Possession, Possession with Intent to Distribute and even Speeding Tickets.  We go to trial.
